• Payroll Executive, Finance (급여&재무담당)

담당업무

Payroll calculation and disbursement for all employee types including full-time, contract, temporary, and intern positions.

Monthly reconciliation between external payroll calculation systems and internal HR payroll-related systems.

Reporting and payment of withholding tax on personal services and preparation of payment statements.

Management of social insurance, including National Pension, Health Insurance, and others.

Provisioning and payment of severance benefits, along with calculation of severance pay and management of retirement pension actuarial reports.

Support for year-end tax settlement and management of tax reporting.

Organization of monthly labor cost vouchers by department and annual budget preparation.

Accounting tasks related to payroll and severance pay, including actuarial reports.

Support for financial audits and preparation of internal management accounting reports.

급여 시스템과 내부 인사 관련 시스템 간 월별 조정

원천징수세 신고 및 납부, 납부 명세서 작성

국민연금, 건강보험 등 사회보험 관리

퇴직금 지급 및 퇴직금 계산, 퇴직연금 계리보고서 관리

연말정산 및 세금 신고 지원 업무

부서별 월별 인건비 구성 및 연간 예산 작성

급여, 퇴직금, 계리보고서를 포함한 회계 업무

재무감사 지원 및 내부 관리회계 보고서 작성

자격요건

Degree in Accounting/Finance or similar qualification

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

Excellent communication skills in English

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Oracle is preferable

회계/재무 또는 관련 학사 학위 보유자

최소 3년 이상의 유관 경력

우수한 영어 의사소통 능력

MS Excel 및 Oracle 활용 능력 우수자 (우대)
