Position: Sea Freight Export Operations Assitant Manager (Contractual)
Job description:
- Handle daily sea freight operations /documentation / EDI /DO / TAX INVOICE
- Co-ordination with trucker / Customs Broker
- Communication with shipping line / co-loadar
- handle offers to overseas offices / agents / customers
- handle inquiry from external and internal customers on a timely manner
- Negotiate with suppliers and optimize profit per jod file
- Complete the monthly closing within the deadline, ensure all sales / expenses in system to meet deadline
- Assist the company Operations Manager in her / his daily tasks
Requirements
3-5 years of relevant working experience
Working experience in freight forwarder is preferred
Able to handle full sets documentation / operation
Good command of both written and spoken English
Good communication skills
Well-organized
Initiative, positive, detail-oriented and good team player
Flexible, adaptable to changes and willing to learn
Abiliy to interact with the overseas offices and the local Sales Dept.

- 근무형태 : 계약직 (육아휴직 채움인력)
- 직 급 : 계장/대리급
- 급여조건 : 회사내규_면접 후 결정
- 근무기간 : 근무기간 협의
- 근무시간 : 주 5일(월~금) 09:00 ~ 18:00
- 근무지역 : 서울특별시 마포구 토정로25길 11 (용강동, 인우빌딩) 4층 (주)클라스킨코리아
