    ÇØ´ç Æ÷Áö¼ÇÀº Travel ¿î¿µ, ¿ÀÇǽº À¯Áö°ü¸®, ±¸¸Å ¹× º¥´õ °ü¸® µî ÇÙ½É ¿ÀÇǽº ¿î¿µ ¾÷¹«¸¦ ´ã´çÇϸç, ´Ù¾çÇÑ ºÎ¼­ ¹× ¿ÜºÎ ÆÄÆ®³Ê¿Í Çù¾÷ÇÏ¿© È¿À²ÀûÀ̰í ü°èÀûÀÎ ¾÷¹« ȯ°æÀ» Áö¿øÇÏ´Â ¿ªÇÒÀÔ´Ï´Ù.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Travel

    • Coordinate travel arrangements for Bain staff, including flights, hotels, and visa processing, and provide guidance to ensure compliance with company travel policies
    • Maintain accurate employee passport and travel profile records in coordination with Bain's travel agency
    • Prepare and manage monthly travel reports and support related AP processes, including invoice review and follow-up

    1. Office Maintenance & Purchasing

    • Manage office asset inventory, including tracking location and quantity, and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy
    • Plan and manage the budget for office cleaning under the supervision of the OS Manager; coordinate with vendors to identify and resolve office repair issues
    • Review and manage invoices related to office supplies (canteen and stationery), and manage vendor relationships and price negotiations
    • Manage Bain cleaning staff scheduling and coordinate back-up vendor arrangements during absences

    1. Operation & Security

    • Communicate and provide guidance on office operations, security management, and emergency response procedures, and ensure compliance with office protocols and building regulations

    1. Office Event

    • Support office events under the supervision of the OS Manager by providing logistics coordination, vendor communication, and administrative support

    1. Reception back-up

    • Provide back-up support at the reception desk during absences to maintain service continuity
